Notice on the Second Session of the Fifth Executive Council Meeting of the World Association of Abacus and Mental Arithmetic

Dear Executive Directors:

       The Second Session of the Fifth Executive Council Meeting of the World Association of Abacus and Mental Arithmetic (hereinafter referred to as WAAMA) is scheduled to be held in Toronto, Canada from September 3rd to 4th, 2019.
