Diversified Brain Train” Cognitive Learning Course

 GLOBAL Diversified Intelligence Lifelong Education Research Association has designed the “Diversified Brain Train” for Leling Cognitive Learning: Aiming to promote the cognitive functions and intellectual activities of older people, with the goal of stimulating brain activity, maintaining brain health, and delaying cognitive decline.

Targets: The targets of the diversified cognitive course are the elderly aged 55 to disability; it is found after practical teaching that it is also helpful to the stimulative learning of those with brain injury.

Summary of Leling diversified cognitive learning:

Language learning: Learning a new language or maintaining the ability to read aloud in native language can help stimulate the brain and improve memory and language processing ability.

Text reading: Reading, writing and creating are the best ways to stimulate the brain.

Memory training: Memory training and techniques can improve memory and concentration, and delay the onset of memory decline.

Cognitive training: Cognitive training games and activities, such as problem solving and pattern recognition, help stimulate the mind and strengthen concentration.

Logic thinking: Participation in problem solving and logical games can help develop the logical thinking, judgment and problem solving abilities of Leling targets.

Digital processing: Learning number games and solving mathematical problems can help train the digital processing ability and mathematical thinking of Leling old people, and activate their brain power. In digital mathematics courses, learning through abacus and mental arithmetic is a very good and long-term learning project.

Mental challenges: Mental challenges and tests can help promote thinking activities.

Artistic creation: The manual creation guidance allows Leling old people to create with diversified media and enhance the enjoyment of life through aesthetics.

Social interaction: Collaborating and interacting with others through team activities designed to share knowledge and experience can help promote social connections and learning environments.

Summary: The diversified cognitive courses expect that Leling old people can maintain good cognitive ability and physical and mental health in a variety of learning activities. Individual’s health without any mental disability is the prerequisite of the health of families and communities.
